- UI guidelines say that if an operation is dangerous, the default should
- still be DO the operation, or if that is considered still too dangerous
- (eg. might happen accidentally), then there should be no default at all.

- The danger with making a default do the Safe thing (ie. cancel), is that
- the user gets confused if they want to undo their operation, as other
- dialogs have trained them to go for the non-default (ie. un-highlighted)
- option when they wish to undo.

- Atari made this mistake in early Desktop - format default was Cancel.
- How many times did people hit Return expecting it to format the disk
- (annoying, but safe)? ... and how many times did REAL accidents happen?
